We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you may request a refund. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt and can only be made for the purchase price (plus tax, if applicable) only. The merchandise must be returned to me in sellable condition prior to refunds being issued and must be returned within 2 weeks of return approval.
If for some reason your purchase is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please let me know within 7 days so I can file a claim (I do insure all items shipped, unless it's a print) and so I can start the refund process or send you a replacement item of equal value. In the case of damaged merchandise, you may be required to submit photos of the packaging as well as the items.
For orders outside of the US, the purchaser is responsible for any and all customs/duty taxes.
