We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you may request a refund. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt and can only be made for the purchase price (plus tax, if applicable) only. The merchandise must be returned to me in sellable condition prior to refunds being issued.
If for some reason your purchase is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please let me know within 7 days so I can file a claim (I do insure all items shipped, unless it's a print) and so I can start the refund process or send you a replacement item of equal value.
Because each item is handcrafted, there are minor imperfections which enhance the uniqueness and artisanship of the item. These items are not factory made, but made by hand with loving care.
