Handcrafted mosaic vase named "Moon Over Vincent" by Mel Fischer.
"Moon Over Vincent" is one I had a great deal of fun creating a story for on each side. As you may have guessed, yes, the "Vincent" in the name is in reference to Vincent Van Gogh. Some of the glass used is called "Van Gogh" tiles, but many of my fans told me in the preview of this item, that it reminds them so much of Van Gogh's "Starry Night". A great deal of attention to detail went into this piece, including hand-cutting so many tiles to get the exact shapes and features I wanted.
Each face of the small rectangular vase tells its own story of the moon and stars. The black, silver and white tones give this a very chic look. One of the featured elements used are pieces of reclaimed transparent floral-textured glass. "Moon Over Vincent" will be quite the conversation piece in your home or office.
"Moon Over Vincent" has many special elements included that are artfully blended by Mel Fischer. These features include hematite stars, mother of pearl, semi-precious stone, crystal-studded Euro beads, hand-cut opaque black glass, mirrored glass, crinkled mirror glass, reclaimed transparent textured glass, glass beads, silver-plated glass beads.
The dimensions of this piece are 4 1/4 wide x 3 1/4 high x 31/4deep.
